Projects shape consultants, consultants shape projects. But how do consultancies manage to convince their clients of their approaches and to win projects?
In this workshop, we will structure the process of a proposal creation together with you. The topics of the workshop range from questions like “How do I win new clients as a consultant?” to the strict processing of a request for proposals—we offer you a mix of theory and practice from the presentation of the proposal in the pitch to follow-up acquisitions. Learn what zeb means by proposal creation and prepare for challenging acquisitions—both at your student consultancy and as a recent graduate!
